Medikly, which is backed by Easton Capital, has hired Sharon Cammisa as chief customer officer. Previously, Cammisa worked at Osprey Communications, where she was a partner. Based in New York, Medikly is a provider of digital marketing services for the pharmaceutical sector.

NBTY, which is backed by The Carlyle Group, said it named Steven Cahillane its CEO. Cahillane is the former president of Coca-Cola Americas and successfully integrated Coca?Cola Enterprises’ North American bottling operations. Cahillane succeeds Jeff Nagel and begins his new role on Sept. 8.

Real Mex, a portfolio company of both Z Capital Partners and Tennenbaum Capital Partners, has named Laurie Lawhorne as chief financial officer. The appointment is effective immediately. Previously, Lawhorne worked at Captain D’s and Grandy’s, where she served as senior vice president, CFO and treasurer. Headquartered in Cypress, California, Real Mex is a Mexican restaurant chain.

Six Red Marbles, which is backed by Calvert Street Capital Partners, has hired Craig Alie as executive vice president of operations and strategic solutions. Previously, Alie worked at Iron Mountain, where he most recently served as vice president for customer experience. The company also has hired Vipul Munjal as vice president of finance. Previously, he worked at HealthandBeautyDirect.com, where he served as CFO and vice president of DRTV media. Based in Boston, Six Red Marbles is a provider of digital and print-based learning programs and educational products.

New York-based dog services provider The Spot Experience said that Mitch Marrow, the firm’s founder and chairman, will be operating as co-CEO with Jeffrey Ginsberg. In addition to his duties at Spot, Ginsberg will remain in his position as a managing director and operating partner at Mistral Equity Partners.
