Potter to NewMedia SPARK

David Potter, former deputy chairman of Investec Bank UK, has been appointed as a non-executive director of NewMedia SPARK.

From 1990 to 1998 Potter was group CEO of Guinness Mahon Group, incorporating Henderson Crosthwaite and Guinness Flight. Following the sale of these businesses to Investec in 1999, David was appointed deputy chairman of Investec Bank UK and played a key role in the integration of the companies.
