Prior to joining Giza, Kirshner

was manager of the product marketing group at MINT, an Israeli software company bought acquired by Sungard. He also worked at IBM where he was the founder and first manager of the IBM microelectronics division in Israel. Kirshner was formerly an application engineer in Motorola Semiconductor specialising in communications processors and real time embedded systems. He started his career as an algorithms developer and R&D manager in CAD/CAM companies such as Tecnomatix (TCNX) and others.

Giza now has six managing directors with strong operational background combined with financial expertise.
