ISTANBUL, Oct 21 (Reuters) – Moonlight, controlled by private equity firm BC Partners, now has a 97.9 percent stake in Turkey’s leading retailer Migros after a tender call, Is Investment said in a statement on Tuesday.
The tender call process for outstanding shares in Migros had begun on Oct. 6. Moonlight purchased a majority stake in Migros earlier this year.
