The Blackstone Group is considering a sale of French healthcare clinic operator Vitalia, according to Le Figaro. Vitalia operates 46 clinics and generates around €650 million in annual revenue.

Bridgepoint has abandoned plans to sell or float Pets at Home, according to The Financial Times. The firm had been looking to exit the pet store chain at around a £650 million valuation.

Golden Gate Capital has sold PlantCML to European aerospace EADS for approximately $350 million. PlantCML is a Temecula, Calif.–based provider of mission-critical communications systems for emergency contact centers.

The Gores Group has agreed to sell Denver-based videoconferencing company Wire One Holdings Inc. to British Telecom (NYSE: BT). No financial terms were disclosed, except that the gross audited assets of Wire One were $90.5 million as of year-end 2007.

H.I.G. Capital has sold Motive Eyewear to StyleMark Inc. for an undisclosed amount. Motive is a Fullerton, Calif.-based designer and supplier of affordable sunglasses, reading glasses and optical frames.

HgCapital has agreed to sell Boosey & Hawkes, a UK-based classical music publisher, to Imagem Music. The deal is valued at approximately £126 million. HgCapital originally took B&H private in December 2003 for £75 million.

Navigation Capital Partners has sold its position in Physicians Endoscopy LLC to Silver Oak Services Partners, as part of a management-led recapitalization. No financial terms were disclosed. Physicians Endoscopy is a Doylestown, Pa.-based company that partners with gastrointestinal physicians to develop endoscopic ambulatory surgery centers. Edgeview Partners advised Navigation and Physicians Endoscopy on the sale.

Parker Hannifin Corp. (NYSE: PH) has acquired Vansco Electronics from Kilmer Capital Partners and Borealis Private Equity. No financial terms were disclosed, except that Vansco had 2007 sales of approximately $180 million. Vansco is a Canadian maker of electronic controls, sensors, displays, terminals, communication and operator interfaces.

Tenaska Power Fund has agreed to sell Holland Energy, a 665-megawatt generating station in Illinois, to Indiana electric cooperatives Wabash Valley Power and Hoosier Energy. No financial terms were disclosed for the deal, which are expected to close by January 2009.

Wellpoint Inc. (NYSE: WLP) has acquired Resolution Health Inc., a Columbia, Md.–based provider of data analytics-driven personal healthcare guidance. No financial terms were disclosed. Resolution Health had been majority owned by Trident Capital.
