Great Hill Partners has agreed to sell Custom House Ltd. to Western Union Co. for $370 million in cash. The deal is expected to close next quarter. Custom House, a Canadian provider of payment processing products for small and mid-sized enterprises, is being advised on the deal by Financial Technology Partners.
