BelHealth Investment Partners has named Dennis Drislane, chairman of BelHealth’s operating committee, to the additional role of managing partner. Drislane is one of the original founders of the firm.

BNY Mellon has appointed Frank La Salla as chief executive officer of its alternative investment services business. He was most recently managing director at Pershing LLC, a BNY Mellon company, where he was responsible for all of Pershing’s business outside of the United States. La Salla will report to Samir Pandiri, BNY Mellon executive vice president and CEO of asset servicing.

Capstone Financial Group has promoted Tracy Veatch to chief audit officer. In her new position, Veatch will oversee Capstone’s internal audit department and report to the board of directors’ audit committee. Headquartered in Irvine, California, Capstone is a financial services firm.i

CHAMP Private Equity has appointed John Haddock as its first chief executive officer. Haddock will retain the role of managing director and will continue his active role in deal flow generation and portfolio management. Haddock joined CHAMP in 2002.

European secondary direct investment firm Cipio Partners has promoted Christoph Wedegaertner to partner. He joined Cipio Partners in 2005, prior to which he managed the private and public equity investment portfolio for BTV Group, one of Germany’s largest family offices.

Clearsight Advisors, business and technology services investment bank in McLean, Virginia, has promoted Bhavin Patel to director and hired Philo Tran also as a director. Patel is a member of Clearsight’s founding team, while Tran most recently worked as a private equity investor at Global Environment Fund.

Codero Hosting has promoted Eli Bowman to chief financial officer. Previously, Bowman served as the company’s vice president of finance and controller. Based in Austin, Texas, and Overland Park, Kansas, Codero Hosting, which is backed by growth equity firm Catalyst Investors, is a provider of cloud hosting services.

Pritzker Group Private Capital has named three vice presidents to its operations and investment teams. Adam Milakofsky was promoted to vice president from senior associate in the private capital group. Ceron Rhee has joined the firm as a vice president from TPG Capital. He will work with Michael Dal Bello, the firm’s new healthcare investment partner, and Michael Lynch, the firm’s new healthcare operating partner. Also, Bradley West was named a vice president in operations. Separately, Dal Bello was named president of the Healthcare Private Equity Association, a trade group of more than 50 firms.

Sperry, Mitchell & Co has made two promotions. Daniel Officer has been promoted to vice president, and Melissa Cole has been promoted to senior associate. Sperry, Mitchell & Co is an investment banking firm specializing in mid-market merger and acquisition advisory services.

Thoma Bravo has promoted Robert Sayle to partner. Sayle joined Thoma Bravo in 2005 and was most recently principal in the San Francisco office. Prior to Thoma Bravo, Sayle worked at JPMorgan and Hambrecht & Quist in San Francisco. Sayle was instrumental in the firm’s acquisitions and developments of software portfolio companies Embarcadero Technologies, Empirix, Entrust, InfoVistas, LANDesk Software, Network Instruments, SonicWALL and Tripwire.
