Highland Capital Partners has promoted Andy Hunt to partner. Hunt is a co-founder and director at Warby Parker Eyewear.

Lime Rock Resources, acquirer and operator of producing oil and gas properties in the United States, has announced three promotions. Tim Miller is executive vice president of operations and chief operating officer; Chris Butta is now senior vice president of engineering and chief engineer and Morrow Evans is now senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer.

Meketa Investment Group has promoted Daniel Dynan to executive vice president from senior vice president. Meketa is a global investment consulting firm.

Sutron Corp. has promoted Glen E. Goold to chief financial officer. Prior to joining Sutron, Goold worked at The Carlyle Group, where he served as an associate vice president in its fund management department. Based in Sterling, Virginia, Sutron is a provider of data collection systems for air, water, weather, oceanic and geotechnical applications.

New York-based investment firm Vontobel Asset Management has named Rajiv Jain and Philipp Hensler as co-CEOs. The appointment becomes effective July 1, 2014. Jain is a 20-year veteran of the firm while Hensler is the former CEO of Oppenheimer Funds Distributors. Heinrich Schlegel, the firm’s long-time CEO, will become chairman of the board of directors.
