R20 in talks over M&B sale

R20, an investment group headed by Robert Tchenguiz, has held talks with hedge fund Trafalgar Asset Managers regarding a sale of its stake in pubs group Mitchells & Butlers.

Reports say that Tchenguiz is considering a sale of his 23% stake in Mitchells & Butler. The paper said that Aaron Brown, an executive at R20, met with Trafalgar representatives last week.
