C2FO has named John Adams, David G. Brown, Lance T. LeMay and Jay Mandelbaum to its advisory board. Adams is a managing director at investment banking advisory firm XMS Capital while Brown is a managing partner of Oak Hill Venture Partners and a vice president of Keystone LP, formerly known as the Robert M. Bass Co. LeMay is a managing director at OpenAir Equity Partners, a venture capital and private equity firm focused on the wireless communications and mobile Internet sectors. Mandelbaum recently served as executive vice president and operating committee member at JPMorgan Chase & Co. C2FO is a working capital exchange that allows companies to optimize their working capital positions in a live, bid/ask environment.

CTPartners has hired Susan Baldwin as a partner in the firm’s life sciences and healthcare practice. Baldwin will be based in the company’s Chicago office. Previously, she worked at Spencer Stuart in its life sciences and healthcare practice. Headquartered in New York, with offices all over the world, CTPartners is an executive search firm that serves a wide variety of sectors, including private equity and venture capital.

Dallas-based Esposito Securities has named Brian Mosley to its investment banking team. Mosley is an U.S. Army veteran who spent most of his tour of duty with the Green Berets.

LP Capital Advisors, a private equity advisory firm, has hired Christopher Farrington as a director in the firm’s Boston office. Farrington joins the firm with more than 20 years of Wall Street and private equity experience, including working on the domestic private equity portfolio at MetLife Investments and Centinela Capital Partners, an emerging manager-focused shop.

Law firm Morgan Lewis has appointed Tom Cartwright as a partner in the business and finance practice, resident in London. He advises private equity and hedge funds based in London and New York and counsels family offices located in Dubai, Istanbul and London.

Financial services firm Presidio Group has hired Erin Kerrigan to co-head the automotive services arm of its Presidio Merchant Partners merchant banking unit. Previously, Kerrigan worked at AutoStar, where she served as managing director.
