SJ Berwin Paris PE appts

SJ Berwin has recruited Pierre-Louis Perin to build on the private equity and venture capital practice at the heart of the recently opened Paris office of SJ Berwin. He joins from the Paris office of Deloitte & Touche Juridique et Fiscal, the French arm of the global accountancy and consultancy firm. Perin is a qualified lawyer and joins SJ Berwin as a partner.

Also corporate finance/M&A partner Laurence Pinot-Lacan joins the Paris office of SJ Berwin, along with her senior assistant Jan Heijmeijer. Pinot-Lacan’s expertise is in advising domestic and international companies and investment banks in corporate finance, M&A, re-capitalisations and corporate re-constructions, with a particular focus in the areas of private equity, LBO/MBO, joint ventures and cross-border transactions.

Pinot-Lacan joined Stibbe in 1988 and became a partner in 1993. Heijmeijer was a senior member of her team there.
