ABRY Partners has completed its acquisition of Gould & Lamb from H.I.G. Capital. No financial terms were disclosed. G&L is a Bradenton, Fla.-based insurance services firm that focuses on complex medical claims and regulatory compliance.

Close Brothers Private Equity has sold Fisher Holdings to Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance for £40 million. Fisher is a Scotland-based supplier of linen textile services to the hospitality, healthcare and leisure sectors. Close Brothers had invested £9 million into Fisher, as part of a £23 million management buyout in 2004.

Exponent Private Equity has acquired a majority stake in UK handbag and luggage firm Radley + Co. from Phoenix Equity Partners, for an equity value of £130 million.

Graphite Capital has sponsored a £100 million management buyout of Alexander Mann Solutions from Advent International. HSBC provided acquisition finance. AMS is a UK-based provider of recruitment process outsourcing solutions.

Mainsail Partners of San Francisco has acquired Togo’s Eateries, a fast-casual sandwich chain, from Dunkin’ Brands, the parent company of Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. No financial terms were disclosed. Dunkin’ Brands was acquired in March 2006 for $2.43 billion by Bain Capital, The Carlyle Group and Thomas H. Lee Partners.

Wind Point Partners has acquired Vertellus Specialties, an Indianapolis-based specialty chemical maker, from Arsenal Capital Partners for an undisclosed amount. Arsenal formed Vertellus in 2006 via the merger of portfolio companies Reilly Industries and Rutherford Chemicals.
