It aims to exceed the average returns generated by private funds, with a focus on buyouts in North America and Europe. It hopes to create a diversified portfolio of co-investments sitting alongside fund investments.
Stockwell is targeting cash dividends totalling 4% of NAV per annum to be funded by cash generated from its operations.
