Strix sold to ABN AMRO Capital

Montagu Private Equity has realised its investment in kettle control manufacturer Strix Group Limited in a secondary buyout transaction to ABN AMRO Capital. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed. Montagu Private Equity invested in Strix in 2000 when the firm was still captive as HSBC Private Equity.
