eCredit Inc. Dedham, Mass. Provides Web-based credit and collections services. Originally an enterprise software developer, eCredit raised six rounds of capital totaling about $80M before its recapitalization in September 2001. Last year, company raised $9M, in what the company called a B2 round, from Sterling, Apex and ICG.
