Cellfire Inc., a San Jose, Calif.-based provider of opt-in marketing solutions for consumers’ mobile phones, has raised $10 million in Series B funding led by Menlo Ventures.

SecondSpace of Bellevue, Wash. has raised $6.5 million in Series A funding led by Ignition Partners. The company says that it is “developing a new online service that connects consumers with the services that help them get the most from their free time.”

Infrastruct Security Inc., a Houston–based provider of turnkey security solutions, has raised $4 million in first-round funding. Murphree Venture Partners led the deal, and was joined by Jemison Investment Co., Stonehenge Capital Co. and Louisiana Fund One.

CashBoard Inc., an Emerald Hills, Calif.-based startup from former PayCycle CEO Rene Lacerte, has raised $2.1 million in Series A funding, according to a regulatory filing. DCM-Doll Capital Management led the deal.

BlueShift Technologies, an Andover, Mass.-based provider of a wafer processing platform with linkable linear geometry, has raised additional Series B funding from Intel Capital. The total deal is now valued at $12 million, including earlier commitments from North Bridge Venture Partners and Atlas Venture.
