Biotech private equity firm Ultreia Capital has set up a business advisory board. Serving on the board are George Dunbar, Thomas Reed, Ervin Veszpremi and Randall Woods. The firm created the board to support its current portfolio companies, new investments and its business development activities. The board members will act as strategic consultants, elected board members or as ad-interim managers. The board will also provide Ultreia Capital with market and business expertise.
