Waterland makes double appointment

German mid-cap firm Waterland Private Equity Investments has added to its German office with the appointments of Jörg Dreisow as an investment director, and David Zimmer as a senior investment manager.
Dreisow joins from German printing company TA Triumph-Adler where he was head of group development and CFO for their presentation & media technology (PMT) division. While there he played a part in changing the business from a holding company into an operating one. From 2000 to 2001 he was CFO for myToys.de, and between 1995 and 2000 he worked as engagement manager at McKinsey.

Zimmer previously worked at T-Mobile, where he was responsible for strategy development and the internationalization strategy. He has also co-founded a hedge fund and launched a venture fund for a German company. He started his career with Hauck & Aufäuser Corporate Finance, advising Mittelstand businesses on M&A transactions and IPOs.
