Westchester merger creates new partner

Westchester Technology Advisors, UK technology M&A advisors, has merged with Ronin Partners, a business provide M&A and fundraising advice to companies operating in the telecoms and media sectors. Marc Shaw, the founder and principal of Ronin, has been appointed at partner at Westchester.

Jeffrey Jenner, founder of Westchester, said: “the merger of Ronin with Westchester and the addition of Marc Shaw to our team is the result of the track record of success that we both have enjoyed in the UK ISP, Hosting and Managed Services sectors.”

Westchester also announced that it will be offering its services as Westchester Technology Advisors (WTA).
