3i Quoted Private equity, a division of private equity firm 3i, has raised its stake in animal health and nutrition business Phibro Animal Health Corp by 10% to 29.87%. It acquired an additional £22.27m (US$44.55m) worth of shares in Phibro’s placing as it started trading on AIM this morning.
It initially acquired a 19.5% shareholding in the company in March of this year.
