Spanish construction company Acciona said on Monday it had agreed to sell its 75% stake in funeral service company Memora Inversiones Funerarias to UK-based private equity firm 3i.
The company gave no price for the deal but said the agreed price, including debt, valued the company at €330m (US$485.9m).
Acciona said it expected the deal to be finalized before Nov 17.
