Alliance Semi Sells VC Portfolio

Alliance Semiconductor Corp. has agreed to sell its portfolio of venture capital LP and GP interests to QTV Capital Ltd. for $123.6 million in cash. The transaction is expected to close by the end of Q1 2007, and does not include the sale of < ?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />Alliance‘s interests held by Solar Venture Partners.
