BC Partners IPOs C&C

C&C is to float on the Irish Stock Exchange enabling shareholder BC Partners to reduce its stake in the business. At €2.26 per share, the offer would value C&C at €725m.

BC Partners acquired C&C from Allied Domecq in 1999 for a cash consideration of €734m in a buyout with total financing of around €800m.C&C is an Irish manufacturer and distributor of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, with a history of providing quality products and services to both the retail and licensed trades in Ireland. C&C’s main brands include Bulmers cider, Ballygowan water, the Club range of soft drinks and mixers, Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey, Carolans Irish Cream, Frangelico liqueur, and Aperol aperitif.
