BoS boosts French team

Bank of Scotland corporate banking has announced the appointment of Olivier Boyadjian to head its 15-strong structured finance team in France. The Paris-based team provides leveraged finance and acquisition finance products to the French market and is one of the largest deal-making teams in France.

Boyadjian’s appointment follows the team’s move to larger offices in 2001, marking the bank’s success in building a loan book of EURO1 billion since it began trading in France in 1996.

Boyadjian joined Bank of Scotland in 1999 and has led the bank’s involvement in a number of key deals including HMY, Orefi, Domoservices and Moliflor Loisirs. He was previously senior manager for acquisition finance with the French bank, CIC Group and before that he was at KPMG.
