BoS IF team appts 6

Bank of Scotland Corporate Banking has made six new appointments to its Integrated Finance team – see Company Profile this issue. These recruits bring the total number in Integrated Finance to 28.

The new arrivals in London are Mike Gillespie and Michael Innes as director and associate director, respectively. Gillespie was formerly a director of Bank of Scotland’s structured finance team. Innes joins from London Business School where he gained an MBA and prior to that he was with Clifford Chance for four years.

In Edinburgh the new faces are of Donald Fowler, Nigel Moss, Andrew Craig and David Nisbet. Fowler is associate director and joins from Dundas and Wilson where he was a lawyer in the firm’s corporate finance and private equity teams. Moss joins as senior analyst and was previously with Ernst & Young and he is a qualified accountant.

Craig is also a senior analyst and leaves behind his job in Bank of Scotland’s structured finance team in Glasgow. Nisbet is a senior analyst and joins from the bank’s corporate banking team in Bristol.
