Buyouts, an affiliate publication of PE Week, is currently accepting nominations for its 10th annual awards program, honoring exceptional majority stake transactions, LBO firms and other industry participants.
Similar to last year, the focus of the contest is on exits, rather than new deals, to ensure the industry’s most successful transactions are recognized. Applications are due Jan. 29.
Winners will be selected in 13 categories, including small market deal of the year, middle-market deal of the year, large market deal of the year, turnaround of the year, and best new firm.
