CapMan, JP Morgan Partners et al sell Vogue Group

CapMan, JP Morgan Partners and Uponor Corporation have sold their interest in Vogue Group to Nanso Oy. CapMan and JP Morgan Partners invested in Vogue Group, which is a textile company prominent in the Nordic countries, in 1998 when they bought the business from Uponor Corporation, which retained a minority stake in the business.

Nanso is a Nordic manufacturer of tricot products and Nanso, Black Horse, Hyvon and Finnwear are its known brands and include ladies and mens daywear, nightwear, underwear and beachwear.
