Keystone Group Holding and Leonhardt Holding GmbH have acquired Soudronic AG, a manufacturer of machinery for the production of metal packaging, from private equity shareholders Capvis and Gilde. Financial details of the transaction were undisclosed.
Capvis and Gilde invested in Soudronic in 2001. The business is headquartered in Bergdietikon, Switzerland and has 11 sales, production and service subsidiaries worldwide. A highly successful and profitable global market leader, Soudronic has 450 employees and plans to achieve group sales of about CHF180m (€114.6m) in 2006.
