Vincent Jonquières has joined CDC IXIS Equity Capital as investment director. Jonquières is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique. His career began at BNP where he was responsible for project finance before joining the European Commission Competition Directorate General in 1998. Until 2001 he managed the state holdings in the aeronautic and defence sectors in the French finance ministry.
