Chart of the Week: Real estate and direct lending funds have lowest investment periods

According to Preqin’s latest Private Capital Fund Terms Advisor, private equity real estate and direct lending funds are seeing the shortest durations for investment periods. Lower investment periods suggest a higher deal flow and less time used to deploy funds’ capital.
