Cognetas Acquires Lil-lets

Cognetas has acquired the Lil-lets feminine hygiene division of Accantia, a health and beauty manufacturer owned by Duke Street Capital. The deal is valued at Gbp80 million. < ?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />
