Relativity sells for less than $10MMicro Focus International has agreed to acquire Relativity Technologies Inc., a Raleigh, N.C.-based provider of enterprise application modernization solutions, for about $9.7 million in cash. Relativity had raised more than $30 million in VC funding since 1997 from Noro-Moseley Partners and Tall Oaks Capital Partners.

Adidas buys Textronics

Adidas International has acquired Textronics Inc., a Wilmington, Del.-based company that integrates heart rate, moisture and blood pressure monitoring technology into performance apparel. No financial terms were disclosed. Textronics had raised $11 million in VC funding since 2005 from NGEN Partners, SAS Investors and Unilever Ventures.

HSW acquires Redpoint portfolio company
HSW International Inc. (Nasdaq: HSWI) has acquired DailyStrength, a Santa Cruz, Calif.-based social network that connects users through their medical conditions. No financial terms were disclosed. DailyStrength had raised more than $4 million in VC funding from Redpoint Ventures.

Thomson Reuters purchases Paisley
Thomson Reuters has agreed to acquire Paisley, a Plymouth, Minn.-based provider of governance, risk and compliance software. No financial terms were disclosed. Paisley raised $10 million from Insight Venture Partners in 2004. Thomson Reuters is the parent company of PE Week.
