Bayview 2000 LP of San Francisco is raising $200 million through an issuance and sale of partnership interests. A minimum investment of $25,000 is required. At the time of its SEC filing, the company had already raised $72.91 million from 29 accredited investors. The securities investment fund intends to use the proceeds from the offering for funding investments and working capital.

Ampersand V LP of Wellesley, Mass., is raising $250 million through an issuance and sale of partnership interests. A minimum investment of $5 million is required. The Veritage Group LLC of Natick, Mass., is acting as the agent on the placement for an undisclosed finders’ fee. At the time of its SEC filing, the company had already raised about $193.99 million from 29 accredited investors. The LP organized to make venture capital investments in private and public companies intends to use the proceeds from the offering for venture capital investments.

Lighthouse Diversified Fund LP of Jupiter, Fla., is raising $200 million through an issuance and sale of partnership interests. A minimum investment of $1 million is required. At the time of its SEC filing, the company had already raised $105.32 million from 35 accredited investors. The securities investment fund intends to use the proceeds from the offering for partnership investments and working capital.

CommonFund Capital New Leaders II LP of Wilton, Conn., is raising $53 million through an issuance and sale of partnership interests. No minimum investment is required. Commonfund Securities Inc. of Wilton is acting as the agent on the placement for an undisclosed finders’ fee. At the time of its SEC filing, the company had already raised $3.92 million from 10 accredited investors. The LP intends to use proceeds from the offering for its investment program.
