At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised $364.81 million from 158 accredited investors. The limited partnership formed to invest in securities and investment partnerships intends to use the proceeds from the offering for working capital.

Commonfund Capital International Partners IV LP of Wilton, Conn., is raising just about $268.66 million through a private placement of partnership interests. A minimum investment is not required. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised approximately $4.03 million from 95 accredited investors. Commonfund Securities Inc. of Wilton is acting as the agent on the placement for placement fees totaling .3% of total capital commitments. The limited partnership formed to engage in all business activity necessary or appropriate to the successful accomplishment of the investment program intends to use the proceeds from the offering for undisclosed purposes.

Sequoia Capital Seed Fund II LP of Menlo Park, Calif., is raising $150 million through a private placement of partnership interests. A minimum investment is not required on the placement. At the time of its SEC filing, the company had already raised $148.8 million from 47 accredited investors. The venture capital investment company intends to use the proceeds from the offering for working capital, management fees and investments.

DMG Legacy Fund LLC of Greenwich, Conn., is raising $100 million through a private placement of limited liability company interests. A minimum investment of $1 million is required on the placement. At the time of its SEC filing, the company had already raised just over $2.69 million from three accredited investors. The securities investment company intends to use the proceeds from the offering for investing in securities.

Crestmont Strategies LP of Dallas is raising $50 million through a private placement of limited partnership interests. A minimum investment of $1 million is required on the placement. At the time of its SEC filing, the company had already raised $4.1 million from eight accredited investors. The investment partnership intends to use the proceeds from the offering to invest in private hedge funds and the management of such investments.

A & M Capital Management LP of Beverly, Mass., is raising just about $10 million through a private placement of limited partnership interests. There was a minimum investment of $100,000 required on the placement. At the time of its SEC filing, the company had already raised $50,000 from one accredited investor. The private investment partnership intends to use the proceeds from the offering for working capital.
