Tri-State Growth Capital Fund I LP of Chicago is raising $50 million through a private placement of limited partnership interests. A minimum investment of $250,000 is required. At the time of its SEC filing, the company had raised $20 million from four accredited investors. The private equity investment fund, which invests in diversified portfolios of early- and seed-stage venture capital funds, intends to use the proceeds for investments.

At the time of its SEC filing, the company had raised about $2.58 million from 19 accredited investors. The venture capital fund intends to use the proceeds from the offering for investment funds.

Synergy LP of Ashland, Ore., is raising $5 million through a private placement of limited partnership interests. A minimum investment of $50,000 is required on the placement.
