LLR Equity Partners II LP of Greenville, Del., has filed to raise $400 million through an offering of limited partnership interests. The minimum investment of $1 million required on the placement can be waived. The fund plans to invest in middle market growth companies in the Mid-Atlantic region.

SW Pelham Fund lI LP of Hartford, Conn., has filed to raise $400 million through an offering of limited partnership interests. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised $45 million from two accredited investors. Potomac Investment Services of Frederick, Md., is acting as an agent on the placement.

AG Capital Recovery Partners IV LP of New York has filed to raise $1 billion through an offering of limited partnership interests. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised $411.8 million from 19 accredited investors. The minimum investment of $10 million required on the placement can be waived. The fund plans to operate as a private investment limited partnership.

Alliance High Grade Strategy Partners LP of New York has filed to raise $500 million through an offering of limited partnership interests. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised $40.5 million from 11 accredited investors. The minimum investment of $500,000 required on the placement can be waived. The fund plans to operate as a private investment limited partnership.

Highmount Matterhorn Fund LLC of New York has filed to raise $500 million through an offering of limited partnership interests. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised $4.7 million from 11 accredited and 13 non-accredited investors.

Landmark Activist Strategies LP of New York has filed to raise a maximum of $100 million through an offering of limited partnership interests. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised $401,000 from four accredited investors. The minimum investment of $1 million required on the placement can be waived. The fund plans to invest in a number of private investment partnerships, separate managed accounts and registered investment companies.
