Cornerstone Growth Portfolio of Bellevue, Wash., is raising $100 million through a private placement of membership interests. A minimum investment of $250,000 is required. At the time of its SEC filing, the fund had already raised just about $64.1 million from 30 accredited investors.

OFFIT Multi-Strategy Fund LLC of New York is raising $50 million through a private placement of limited liability interests. A minimum investment of $250,000 is required.

5280 Partners I of Denver is raising $50 million through a private placement of partnership interests. A minimum investment of $200,000 is required. At the time of its SEC filing, the limited partnership had already raised $12.05 million from 10 accredited investors.

The BattleField Fund LP of Annandale, Va., is raising $25 million through a private placement of partnership interests. A minimum investment of $100,000 is required. At the time of its SEC filing, the company had already raised just over $4.71 million from 30 accredited investors and two non-accredited investors.

Invest Linc Private Equity Technology Fund of Schaumburg, Ill., is raising $20 million through a private placement partnership interests. A minimum investment of $50,000 is required.

Paces Technology Partners of Atlanta is raising $10 million through a private placement of partnership interests. A minimum investment of $5,000 is required. At the time of its SEC filing, the firm had already raised over $11 million.

Juniper Communities-PA Acquisitions of Bloomfield, N.J., is raising $1.5 million from through a private placement of partnership interests. A minimum investment of $100,000 is required. At the time of its SEC filing, the firm had already raised $1.2 million from 10 accredited investors.

Prospect Venture Partners II of Palo Alto, Calif., raised $100 million from one accredited investor through a private placement of partnership interest.

Holowesko Global Fund Ltd. of the Bahamas raised $19 million from three accredited investors through a private placement of partnership interests. A minimum investment of $3 million was required on the placement. Crossbow Investments International Ltd. of the U.K. acted as an agent on the placement for an undisclosed commission.

Tambour Capital Partners of New York raised approximately $1.68 million from eight accredited investors through a private placement of partnership interests.
