Belvedere Capital Fund II LP of San Francisco raised additional $13.3 million from two accredited investors through a private offering of partnership interests. This brings the total amount raised to $28.6 million. Most recently, the fund reported that it had raised $15.3 million from nine accredited investors as of September 2003.
