At the time of its SEC filing, the company had already raised $50.5 million from five accredited investors. A.G. Edwards & Sons of St. Louis and Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. Inc. assisted with fund-raising. The fund-of-funds plans to invest in venture capital funds, focusing on life sciences.
