German-based VC firm Neuhaus Partners has teamed up with T-Venture, Deutsche Telekom’s venture capital company, and invested an undisclosed sum in games browser portal Playnik.com.
Playnik plans to use the funds to integrate more social gaming functions and new games on the site.
Board member of Deutsche Telekom’s Products & Innovation segment said: “In Germany, online games are among the offerings with the fastest growing fan communities on the internet. Thanks to its portfolio of games and interesting functions for games, playnik.com is well positioned in this market.”
