Graphite hires for fund of funds

Graphite Capital has recruited former JPMorgan Private Equity fund of funds managing director Dana Haimoff as a partner.

Haimoff brings 17 years experience to her new role at Graphite. She held senior positions in private equity in New York and London with Merrill Lynch and Prudential Securities before joining JPMorgan Private Equity’s fund of funds team six years ago. Graphite Capital managing partner Rod Richards said: “We have known Dana for many years and we are delighted to welcome her to our growing fund of funds business.”

According to Graphite Capital it has accelerated its fund of funds activity over the past three years, having been an investor in third-party funds alongside its own direct buyout funds for more than 20 years. The team currently manages commitments of more than £600m (€750.8m) to 41 private equity funds and a portfolio of co-investments.
