GSC advisory board.

GSC Partners, a private investment firm specialising in control distressed debt investments, corporate credit, European mezzanine lending and structured finance, has appointed Michael R Lynch and Clarence V Nalley III to the firm’s advisory board.

Lynch, who recently retired from Goldman Sachs, was made a partner of that firm in 1986 and has had a 30-year career in investment banking.

Nalley is chairman of Nalley Automotive Group, which consists of 17 dealerships located throughout the US states of Georgia and Virginia. He has over 30 years of automotive retailing experience. Nalley serves on the board of the Russell Corporation, a NYSE-listed company, and previously served on the boards of First Union Corporation and the Coca-Cola Bottling Company West.
