Isilon Sets IPO Terms

Isilon Systems Inc., a Seattle-based provider of clustered storage solutions, has set its proposed IPO terms to 8.35 million common shares at between $8.50 and $9.50 per share. It plans to trade on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol ISLN, with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch serving as co-lead underwriters.
