KPMG appoints

KPMG Transaction Services has appointed Calum Chase as director for the strategic and commercial intelligence unit, providing commercial due diligence services to listed companies and UK mid-market private equity houses.

Chase has over ten years experience in the commercial due diligence market, having worked on deals with a combined value of over GBP1 billion in various sectors. He has a particular interest in Internet issues and has published two books entitled Internet Start-up Bible and Internet Consumer Bible.

KPMG Transaction services’ fast expanding Strategic and Commercial Intelligence Unit now has more than 50 staff, including two partners and two directors.
