Madigan Leaves Madison Dearborn

John Madigan has left Madison Dearborn Partners, where he had been serving as a special partner. The move was made to remove possible conflicts of interest related to Madison Dearborn’s interest in Tribune Co., of which Madigan previously served as chairman and CEO. He also is on the board of a foundation that is Tribune’s second-largest shareholder with a 13% stake. News of Madigan’s departure from Madison Dearborn was first reported by Crain’s Chicago Business. < ?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
