US law firm Morgan Lewis has recruited Christopher S. Harrison as a partner in its business and finance team in London.
Previously a partner at Morrison & Foerster and a member of its financial transactions group, he acts for financial institutions, sponsors, and corporates on complex domestic and cross-border finance transactions under English law. He advises across a number of different areas, including acquisition finance, debt restructurings and project financings.
He joins a business and finance team which counts 400 lawyers on its payroll, spread across United States, Europe and Asia.
