Swiss Life Private Equity Partners has appointed a new board of directors, who will each serve a term of three years. They are Dr Marinus W Keijzer, (new election as chairman of the board), Stuart D Frankel (new election), Max Koch (re-election), Prof Dr Georges Muller (new election), Tony Reis (re-election.)
Dr Marinus W Keijzer is chief investment officer of Emeritaatsfonds GKN, domiciled in Zeist, Netherlands. Stuart D Frankel is a managing partner of the diversified private equity firm Grotech Capital Group, domiciled in Maryland, USA. Max Koch is the founder and member of the board of Komax AG, which was listed in 1997 on the SWX Swiss Exchange. Prof Dr Georges Muller is professor for corporate law at the University of Lausanne, Switzerland. Tony Reis is the former chief executive officer of Swisscom AG.
