Nordic Mezzanine appts

Nordic Mezzanine has appointed two new executives. Olaf Steinebach has joined the London office as investment manager. Steinebach was previously with private equity firm Barlage, Knoth & Cie in Munich. Prior to that he spent a number of years in investment banking as an associate with Salomon Smith Barney in Frankfurt and as an analyst with Credit Suisse First Boston in London.

Tanja Kläusler joins Nordic Mezzanine from the Swiss private equity management company Kaelin Management where she was an investment adviser. Prior to that Kläusler was with Ernst & Young in Zurich where she was manager in corporate finance and prior to that a senior auditor. She will be based in Nordic Mezzanine’s Helsinki office as an investment manager.

Nordic Mezzanine recently held the final closing of its Nordic Mezzanine Fund II at €240m. The investment focus of the fund is the Nordic region and Germany. Nordic Mezzanine has offices in Helsinki and London.
