Palamon reorders

Palamon Capital Partners has restructured its top tier of management as the firm looks to widen ownership and responsibilities within the firm. Co-Founder Michael Hoffman is appointed to the new position of chairman.

Co-founder and managing partner, Louis Elson, will lead a newly created operating committee which will direct the day¬to¬day activities of the firm. Daan Knottenbelt and Erik Ferm, both partners of Palamon, have also joined the operating committee. Jaime-Enrique Hugas was recently hired as principal. He joins from Morgan Stanley where he was executive director of the European media and communications group, before that he was at JPMorgan.
