Greycroft adds two partners

Dana Settle and Andrew Lipsher have joined Greycroft Partners as partners based in Los Angeles and New York, respectively. Settle previously was a partner with VSP Capital and, before that, as a venture partner with Mayfield. Lipsher previously served as head of M&A, corporate development and administration for Interscope Geffen A&M Records.

Holstein to advise Vestar

Roger Holstein, former CEO of WebMD Corp., has joined Vestar Capital Partners as a senior advisor.

Intersouth promotes analyst

Intersouth Partners has promoted Katrin Burt from analyst to associate. She joined the firm in 2004, before which she was with HSBC.

Tudor beefs up staff

Dave Andonian has joined Tudor Ventures, though his exact position is unknown. Andonian is the chairman of Affinova Inc., and the onetime president and chief operating officer of CMGI. Tudor has declined to comment on the hire.

Walden partner named new BroadLogic CEO

BroadLogic Network Technologies Inc. named Danial Faizullabhoy from Walden International, one of its venture investors, as its new president and CEO last week.

As a general partner at Walden, Faizullabhoy has been the lead investor of Ikanos Communications Inc., Infravio Inc., Morphics Technology Inc. and Invox.

Prior to Walden International, Faizullabhoy was vice president and general manager at Adaptec Inc.

Jadallah to move to venture partner

Sam Jadallah is in the process of transitioning from general partner to venture partner at Mohr, Davidow Ventures. He will continue to work with his existing portfolio companies, but will not lead new deals on MDV’s behalf.
